Amelia Shmelia
We just went and saw the movie Amelia, with Hilary Swank...worst movie I have ever half-seen. Today is 2 dollar tuesdays at the cheap theater and because our cable does not come in until tomorrow, we decided to go have a great weekday movie date. worst decision yet. I was really excited about this movie, Amelia Earhart is totally fascinating, how she just disappeared and no one knows what happened( other than she probably crashed and died). her movie however, is anything but fascinating. and Hilary's accent was so annoying I wouldn't have been able to take it even if it was a good movie. Clayt said that Rosie O'Donnell was in this movie, we didn't stay long enough to see her, but really felt her presence. It sucked, just a heads up

ReplyDeleteReally? Huh. Not that I'm surprised. I gave up on Hilary Swank a long time ago. She just ain't my cup o' tea, if you know what I mean. And "they" should stop trying to replicate well-known icons using sub-par actresses. Last night I watched one of the many renditions of Coco Chanel. It was absurd.
